Avoiding plagiarism

  There are four major reasons to avoid plagiarism, according to the Prentice Hall Reference Guide. The first one is that it is unethical . You should never take the credit that belongs to someone else. Secondly,  plagiarism can mean a loss in your learning opportunity. If you don't do the work yourself then you are not learning anything. Thirdly, plagiarism diminishes your credibility.  Nobody likes a cheater. Lastly, plagiarism may result in serious consequences. It is a violation of academic honestly and you could be expelled for it.
