As I normally go to work, especially in the winter time, I like to start my truck and get it warmed up. I then go back inside, keeping myself warm, while grabbing my backpack, my plastic water bottle, filling it up with fresh water, and sometimes either grabbing a fiber bar for breakfast, or a metal monster can for my boost of energy. Also, spraying my favorite body spray, so that way instead of smelling people that are sick at work or body odor, I can just smell myself all day. Heading out the door, with my cell phone in hand, I almost always forget my cell phone case, which is normally hidden away somewhere in plain sight, yet I can almost never find it. As I head outside, a burst of fresh air hits my face. Almost enjoying myself, emissions from my running truck sneak right into my lungs, making me feel sick.
Showing up to work, I turn off my headlights, and walk into work. Without getting more than fifteen feet in the door, I see some of my associates and my sweet fiancé. Right then and there, I hear the same things over and over again, as I am trying to work or think, I get bombarded with people talking while I am trying to hear myself think, and that annoying sound of keys hitting the keyboard. Too get myself back into a steady train of thoughts, I drink some water out of my bottle, hearing the swishing sometimes, just slows everything back down and clears that fog of everything going in excess of terminal velocity in my head. As the day comes to an end, I take my vitamins and eat dinner, trying to slow all the mental processes down from my stressful day, and to help further that process, dessert is normally needed.
That is just the normal basic day through my senses.
